Are you, or is someone you know struggling with infertility? Show them you #HAVEAHEART by spreading the word about the campaign.
From sharing the link to donate, to sending flowers, to just being there, there are many ways to spread the word.
Here are some ideas from our partner, Resolve: The National Infertility Association
Walk it out. Create your own personalized DIY Walk of Hope in your hometown. Bring people together in your own community to help bring awareness to this disease and support people who struggle with infertility everyday. We’ve made it easy and we will “walk” you through how to get started!
Book Awareness. Ask your library to set up a display of infertility/adoption related books and provided them with signs about National Infertility Awareness Week.
Facebook Causes. The Facebook Fundraisers option makes spreading NIAW awareness and giving back crazy easy during NIAW. It just takes a few clicks and your story. You can set up your own dedicated page on Facebook then share your personal story and tell others about RESOLVE’s mission. Here’s a walk through on how to do it: https://www.facebook.com/fundraisers
Just be sure to use @RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association as your specific non profit
Food and fun. Host a Happy Hour or Benefit Night at a local restaurant: Invite those who have helped you during your infertility journey and others in your community to join together to raise awareness for the disease of infertility. You can even set up a collection for RESOLVE donations in their name or ask them to help you support your favorite infertility charity.
Denim Day! During NIAW, ask your employer support a causal day fundraiser. During the week of NIAW anyone can trade in their ties and wear jeans for a small donation.
Get Fit. Ask your yoga instructor or personal trainer for a donated class. Invite your friends to attend a special yoga/aerobics/step class donated by a trainer. Their admission fee of $20 becomes a donation, and the trainer gets the chance to build their client base. It’s a win-win for all.

Post a fact about infertility in your status update
Share your story. While infertility matters are often very private, we encourage people to share their stories. Sharing your story can help you feel less alone, and learn that there are millions of individuals dealing with infertility. The support you can find is something that will stay with you forever.
